In a cramped dorm room at a Kenyan university, five Gen Z students, each from vastly different worlds, are forced into lockdown during a heavy storm, trapping them together as they complete their group coursework.

As hours stretch into a tense night, their sociology project probing Kenya’s inequalities makes the room a pressure cooker of raw emotions, buried secrets, and clashing perspectives.

Locked In is a tempest of raw emotion and searing truths, where Gen Z’s misjudged spirit, branded as shallow, yet fiercely alive, battles for meaning as the play speeds to a climactic choice that reveals who they are when the filters are off and survival demands solidarity or sacrifice.
